6. 24-Hour Warranty
   All purchases include a 24-hour warranty starting from the time of delivery. If the purchased account or product does not function as described, you must contact us within 24 hours to request support, replacement, or a refund.
7. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are only available under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Platforms
   Some accounts or services may relate to third-party platforms. Erevo Store is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including suspensions, restrictions, or policy changes.
9. User Accounts
   If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Erevo Store is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erevo Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

    These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.

Notice: Sharing keys, attempting to crack/dump the menu, or chargebacks will result in an immediate, permanent HWID ban. All sales are final.

# EREVO MENU – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing, downloading, redeeming a license key, or using the Erevo Menu software, loader, Lua scripts, or related services (collectively, the "Software").

By purchasing, redeeming a license key, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

# 1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Erevo Menu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal use.

This license does not grant ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

# 2. License Restrictions

Each license key is issued to a single user.

You agree that you will not:

* Share, sell, rent, lease, gift, trade, or transfer your license key.

* Allow another person to use your license.

* Share your loader, authentication credentials, or account.

* Redistribute any part of the Software.

* Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

If another person is found using your license, your license may be permanently revoked without notice.

# 3. Authentication & HWID

To protect against unauthorized access and license abuse, Erevo Menu may collect and store authentication information associated with your license, including:

* Hardware ID (HWID)

* IP address

* Device identifiers

* Authentication logs

* Connection timestamps

This information is used solely for authentication, abuse prevention, security, and license management.

HWID resets are granted solely at the discretion of Erevo Menu. We reserve the right to approve or deny any HWID reset request.

Repeated hardware changes, account sharing, or suspicious authentication activity may result in license suspension or permanent revocation.

# 4. Reverse Engineering & Anti-Tampering

The Software contains proprietary technology owned exclusively by Erevo Menu.

You may not:

* Reverse engineer the Software.

* Decompile or disassemble the loader.

* Dump or extract Lua scripts.

* Modify the loader.

* Hook or inject into authentication systems.

* Bypass licensing systems.

* Circumvent HWID protection.

* Create cracked or modified versions.

* Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any code or assets.

* Attempt to discover or exploit vulnerabilities within the Software.

Any attempt to crack, tamper with, bypass, or otherwise interfere with the Software constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

# 5. Intellectual Property

All Software, including but not limited to:

* Lua scripts

* Loader

* Authentication systems

* User interface

* Graphics

* Branding

* Source code

* Features

* Documentation

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Erevo Menu.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

# 6. Resale Policy

License keys may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or transferred without prior written authorization from Erevo Menu.

Only officially authorized resellers may distribute Erevo Menu licenses.

Unauthorized resale may result in immediate revocation of all associated licenses.

# 7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software:

* All sales are final.

* No refunds will be issued after purchase unless required by applicable law.

* No exchanges will be provided.

* No partial refunds will be granted.

If payment is disputed through a payment processor (chargeback), Erevo Menu reserves the right to permanently revoke all associated licenses.

Erevo Menu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

* Rockstar Games

* Cfx.re

* Take-Two Interactive

Erevo Menu is not responsible for:

* Account bans

* Server bans

* Suspensions

* Loss of game access

* Changes made by third-party platforms

* Software incompatibility resulting from game or platform updates

# 10. Updates

Erevo Menu may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Updates may be required to continue using the Software.

# 11. Termination

Erevo Menu may suspend or permanently revoke any license at its sole discretion if a user:

* Shares a license key.

* Sells or transfers a license.

* Allows another person to use their account.

* Attempts to crack or modify the Software.

* Dumps or extracts Lua scripts.

* Bypasses authentication or HWID protection.

* Uses unauthorized modifications.

* Abuses payment systems.

* Violates these Terms.

Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice.

# 12. Enforcement

If Erevo Menu determines that this Agreement has been violated, we reserve the right to:

* Permanently revoke the license.

* Deny future HWID reset requests.

* Block associated HWIDs and authentication identifiers from accessing our services.

* Refuse future purchases or registrations.

* Take any additional actions permitted under applicable law to protect our intellectual property and services.

# 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Erevo Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Software.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Erevo Menu's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

Erevo Menu reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

The latest version will supersede all previous versions.

Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Software owner, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the permanent revocation of your license and access to Erevo Menu services.
